Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with participants of the "iGorts" program on August 19, aimed at engaging diaspora specialists in the public administration system of Armenia. Pashinyan noted that there have been certain repatriation processes in Armenia recently. In 2025, the number of citizens returning to Armenia exceeded the number leaving by more than 8000 people.
According to Pashinyan, people are returning to Armenia, buying real estate, making investments, and trying to establish their lives.
"Today, repatriation trends are becoming more confident, thanks to the peaceful agenda and established peace," Pashinyan said.
He also mentioned that the "iGorts" program is part of this process and expressed hope that it will become a more practical and reliable mechanism for return.
The Prime Minister added that specific appointments have already been made within the framework of this program.
