- New York NYMEX (New York Merchantile Exchange): the price of WTI (Light Sweet) oil increased by 3.53% to $85.31;
- London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures): the price of Brent oil rose by 3.07% to $91.55;
The unit of measurement for oil is the barrel. One barrel equals 158.98 liters.

Currently, trading continues on two exchange units: NYMEX for oil, gas, platinum, palladium, ethanol, coal, electricity, and carbon dioxide emissions, and COMEX for gold, silver, copper, and aluminum.
The London Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is a global financial futures and options exchange founded in 1982.
