The internationally renowned rating agency Moody’s has changed the outlook for ACBA Bank's long-term deposits and issuer rating from stable to positive, in line with the upgrade of Armenia's sovereign rating outlook.
This rating is equivalent to that of the Republic of Armenia and currently represents the highest level awarded by Moody’s in Armenia.
The assessment was granted to the bank considering the high quality of its assets, strong capital buffer, as well as high indicators of solvency and liquidity.
Moody’s also highlights the systemic importance of ACBA Bank in Armenia's financial market, as the bank continues to be one of the three largest banks in the country by asset volume.
