YEREVAN, August 7. /ARKA/. According to a decision by the Board of Unibank on August 3, 2026, Mger Ananyan has been appointed as acting first deputy chairman of the board.
Mger Ananyan has over 30 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. Throughout his professional career, he has held several leadership positions in financial institutions and the public administration system of Armenia. From 1996 to 2003, he worked in several Armenian banks, including Armeconbank, Armagrobank, and Unibank. From 2020 to 2026, he headed Araratbank, serving as executive director and chairman of the board.
Mger Ananyan's extensive professional experience and management skills will contribute to the further development of Unibank and the achievement of its long-term goals.
