Mesrop Arakelyan addressed the issue of the salary of the director of Haypost on his Facebook page, noting that the public learned that the director earns a monthly salary of $10,000:
"If the director of Haypost were not the wife of this deputy, but the niece of another deputy, we would not know how much she earns," he wrote:
Arakelyan also emphasized that such information is not available about the heads of other state companies, such as those managing funds with a turnover of $300 million:
"Haypost has recorded losses of nearly 4 billion drams over the past 7 years," he added:
