Converse Bank announces the successful completion of the placement of bonds in Armenian drams. The issuance, which started today, August 26, attracted high interest from investors: bonds totaling 2 billion drams with a coupon yield of 9.5% were placed in just 55 minutes.
The placement of the bank's dollar-denominated bonds continues, totaling 5 million dollars with a coupon yield of 5%.
Bonds can be quickly and conveniently purchased through the Converse Mobile app and at Converse Bank branches. After the placement is completed, the bonds will be listed on the Armenian stock exchange.
