Converse Bank announces the successful completion of the distribution of bonds denominated in Armenian drams. The issuance, which started today, August 26, attracted high interest from investors: bonds totaling 2 billion AMD with a coupon yield of 9.5% were distributed in just 55 minutes.
The bank is also continuing the distribution of dollar-denominated bonds totaling 5 million USD with a coupon yield of 5%.
Bonds can be quickly and conveniently purchased through the Converse Mobile app and at Converse Bank branches. After the distribution is completed, the bonds will be listed on the Armenian stock exchange.
