Converse Bank Issues Dram and Dollar Bonds

Converse Bank announces the start of bond placement

Converse Bank announces the start of bond placement in Armenian drams and US dollars.

From August 26, 2026, to September 30, 2026, it is planned to issue bonds with a total volume of 2 billion drams and 5 million US dollars.

The coupon yield for the dram bonds is 9.50%, while for the dollar bonds it is 5%. The term of circulation is 36 months, and the payment frequency of the coupons is semi-annual.

Bonds can be purchased through the Converse Mobile app and at the branches of Converse Bank. After the placement is completed, they will be listed on the Armenian stock exchange.

“This is another investment offering from Converse Bank in 2026. By simultaneously issuing bonds in Armenian drams and US dollars, the Bank provides investors with the opportunity to diversify their investment portfolios and receive predictable coupon income. We will continue to issue new bonds in the future, expanding the investment opportunities offered to clients and responding to the stable interest in investment instruments,” the Bank stated.
