Converse Bank and Nairi Insurance have announced the launch of a strategic partnership. Under the cooperation, users of the C360 Ultra package and higher-tier packages will be able to access insurance services on special terms.
According to the companies, the aim is to broaden the range of services available within the C360 ecosystem. The bank says it is seeking to combine financial tools with additional solutions for everyday needs on a single platform, creating a more comprehensive customer experience.
As part of the programme, C360 ecosystem participants will have access to personalized service from Nairi Insurance and several insurance offers.
C360 Ultra package
For C360 Ultra users, the insurance offer includes:
- 24/7 concierge service from a personal manager,
- round-the-clock consultations on insurance-related issues,
- an individual discount of up to 15% on insurance products, excluding MTPL and Global Health Insurance (IPMI).
C360 Elite package
Customers using the C360 Elite package will be able to access:
- 24/7 support from a personal manager,
- consultations on insurance matters,
- an individual discount of up to 30% on insurance products,
- support from a personal doctor on health-related issues,
- up to 15% discount at partner medical centers.
Higher-tier C360 packages
A broader offer is available to users of higher-tier C360 packages. It includes:
- VIP client status in the Nairi Mobile app,
- personal support in the event of an incident,
- up to 40% discount on insurance products,
- support from a personal doctor on health matters,
- up to 15% discount at partner medical centers,
- the option of one annual preventive Medical Check-up,
- access to services at leading international clinics on special terms,
- the opportunity to receive a second medical opinion in line with international standards.
Converse Bank says the C360 ecosystem is continuing to expand its range of partner services, offering customers not only banking tools but also additional solutions designed to make everyday life more convenient.
The bank says these insurance options may be particularly useful for customers seeking fast consultations, personalized service, additional health support or more comprehensive protection depending on their needs.
