The 'Multi Wellness' company, owned by Gagik Tsarukyan, has filed a lawsuit against the Cadastre Committee, seeking to invalidate the decision to terminate rights to the sports and wellness complex and transfer it to the jurisdiction of the Yerevan municipality. The lawsuit was submitted on the judicial information website datalex.am. The Administrative Court, chaired by Judge Ermine Muradyan, accepted the lawsuit for consideration and demanded that all materials of the cadastre case regarding the property be provided within two weeks.
The hearing is scheduled for February 16, 2027. Earlier, on August 5, 'Multi Wellness' filed a lawsuit against the Yerevan municipality, seeking to invalidate the decision to unilaterally suspend the transaction. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan stated that the complex was built in violation of regulations on municipal land and that the municipality intends to retain it as a sports center.
Tsarukyan is also facing charges of fraud and money laundering, and the prosecution is demanding the confiscation of 75 properties from him.
