During the ongoing diplomatic conference in Gyumri on August 30, issues regarding the organization of Armenia's diplomatic service were discussed, including legal, financial, and administrative aspects.
Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs David Karapetyan presented a report on the work done since the last diplomatic conference in 2025 and the upcoming tasks. Detailed discussions were also held on improving consular services through digitalization and innovative solutions, as well as staffing issues related to the diplomatic service.
Additionally, topics concerning public communication by diplomatic service bodies were addressed, aimed at continuously improving communication in line with the changing environment and increasing Armenia's visibility.
