The Central Bank, adhering to the principles of transparency and accountability, continues the public discussion process for the regulations necessary for the implementation of the law on "Crypto Assets".
We thank all those who actively participated in the public discussions of the projects regulating crypto assets.
We present to your attention two more regulatory projects:
- "Rules and requirements for the activities of persons providing services with crypto assets" regulation 7/07,
- Amendments to the decision of the Central Bank Council dated January 26, 2026, on the "Requirements for the registration or recording of transactions with crypto assets, their storage (archiving) and content, as well as the procedure for presenting them to the Central Bank" number 12-N .
We invite all interested parties to submit their comments and suggestions on the projects by August 26 of this year.
Please send your comments and suggestions to [email protected] with the subject line "Regulation of Crypto Assets", and in the email, include your name and surname, the organization you represent (if applicable), and contact details for feedback.
After summarizing the submitted proposals, a meeting will be organized by the Central Bank with representatives of the individuals and organizations that provided comments to discuss them.
