The operations of the bakery owned by ‘Oxygen’ have been suspended due to violations of sanitary and hygienic requirements as identified by the Food Safety Inspection Authority:
- The ceiling and certain wall sections of the baking area did not have a smooth surface;
- Mold growth was not prevented;
- The surfaces of the work tables were not properly cleaned and disinfected.
As per the decision of the head of the inspection authority, the operations of the bakery have been suspended, and a deadline has been set for correcting the identified violations.
