Operations of NN Holding's bakery and confectionery have been suspended

The food safety authority has suspended the operation of the bakery and confectionery of NN Holding LLC located at 73/1 Andranik Street, Yerevan. During the inspection, several violations of sanitary and hygienic standards were identified. Specifically, the layout of the facility did not prevent cross-contamination of food raw materials and products, as well as contaminated and clean equipment. The walls had damaged areas, and the surfaces were not covered with waterproof, washable, and disinfectable materials. The ceilings did not prevent dirt accumulation and particle falling, and there was no ventilation system. In some parts of the building, the sewage system was designed and constructed in a way that did not exclude the risk of food contamination. The technological equipment and containers used in food production were damaged, which did not allow for proper washing, cleaning, and disinfection. Personal items and materials not used in food production were stored in the facility. The director of NN Holding LLC was instructed to take necessary measures to bring the bakery and confectionery into compliance with legislative requirements. A deadline was set for the elimination of violations.
