Food safety inspectors conducted oversight measures at the production facility of the non-alcoholic carbonated beverages brand ‘Haratid’ located in Vanadzor, Lori Province, and found sanitary and hygienic violations:
In particular:
- mold was present on some sections of the production facility walls,
- some sections of the ceiling were not constructed to prevent dirt accumulation, mold formation, and there was a risk of particles falling,
- the bottling tanks, which are in direct contact with food products, were not maintained in a repaired and satisfactory condition.
“The production activities of the facility have been suspended, and a deadline has been set for eliminating the identified violations,” stated the message from the food safety authority.
