The Food Safety Inspection Authority has suspended the production activities of the 'Fruit Eva' brand soft drink factory owned by individual entrepreneur Arman Ghandilyan, located in the village of Nor Kyanq in the Ararat region.
During the inspection, several violations of sanitary and hygienic requirements established by law were discovered at the factory. Specifically, the design, construction, and layout of the production areas did not ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as the necessary conditions for cleaning and disinfecting the premises.
There were failures to prevent the intrusion of animals, rodents, and insects, and cross-contamination of contaminated and clean materials, food products, and raw materials was not excluded. Violations were also recorded regarding the maintenance of hygienic requirements for floors, walls, ceilings, and doors.
Equipment, tools, utensils, and containers in direct contact with food products did not meet hygienic requirements and were not in proper condition. Additionally, the factory lacked sanitary facilities and changing rooms for personnel. The inspection authority has set a deadline for addressing the identified violations.
