The production activities of the 'Buratino' brand, owned by individual entrepreneur Vladimir Mkrtchyan (Syunik region, Kapan city, Shghashik neighborhood), have been suspended. This was announced by the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia:
Inspectors found violations of the established sanitary and hygienic requirements at the production facility:
- The design, structure, layout, and dimensions of the production buildings do not prevent the entry of animals, rodents, and insects:
- Maintenance and repair of equipment, cleaning and disinfection of areas were not conducted:
- Cross-contamination of food raw materials and products, contaminated and clean items was not excluded:
- Raw materials and ingredients were not stored in conditions that prevent spoilage:
- All equipment, tools, utensils, containers, and tables were not properly cleaned and disinfected:
- The food establishment did not have a changing room for staff:
A deadline has been set for addressing the identified violations:
