The Armenian government has allocated 957.9 million dram for enhancing the technical capabilities of artificial intelligence. This initiative aims to acquire leading graphic processors from the company ‘Fibered AI’.
On April 17, 2026, a contract was signed between the Ministry of High Technology of Armenia and ‘Fibered AI’, which will establish a modern artificial intelligence data center based on ‘NVIDIA’ technologies.
The company plans to launch the first artificial intelligence supercomputer in the region in 2026, utilizing NVIDIA Blackwell graphic processors. The program aims to support startups, research groups, and educational institutions in the field of artificial intelligence by providing them with high-performance computing resources.
