Armenia’s Market Surveillance Inspectorate said it found violations during control measures at a fuel station owned by GAVALG LLC, a company engaged in the sale of gasoline and diesel fuel. The station is located at 16/6 Gortsaranayin Street in Kapan, Syunik Province.
According to the agency, inspectors detected underfilling during the check. As a result, operations of the gasoline dispensing pump involved in the violation were suspended.
The company’s director has been instructed to take the necessary steps to eliminate the identified breaches.
The inspectorate also said the business entity will face administrative liability in accordance with the law.
