American entrepreneur Elon Musk owns 48.4% of SpaceX shares as of the end of June, according to a document from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The billionaire holds 6,418,547,515 shares of the aerospace company, valued at approximately $908 billion based on current market quotes.
According to the agency's documents, the second-largest shareholder of SpaceX is Antonio Gracias, head of the venture fund Valor Equity Partners. The report indicates that he controls 503,414,530 shares of the company, accounting for 6.5% of the total number of shares of this class, making him the largest external investor after Elon Musk.
Other major shareholders of SpaceX include Alphabet Corporation (Google) and Fidelity Investments financial group, whose combined stake is estimated at around 6-8%.
