SpaceX founder Elon Musk has harshly criticized OpenAI's leadership, labeling Sam Altman and Greg Brockman as individuals who should never be trusted. He believes they have resorted to deception.
"These are absolutely untrustworthy scoundrels who have stolen a non-profit organization with open code," Musk wrote on X.

Musk's angry response was triggered by news of the cessation of collaboration between OpenAI and the code editor development company Cursor. OpenAI decided to terminate the partnership after SpaceX acquired Cursor. Access to OpenAI's models for Cursor will be maintained only until November 12.
At the same time, Musk emphasized that he is deeply uninterested in the situation that has arisen.
