The Seaside Startup Summit has once again brought together startups seeking innovative solutions and representatives of established large businesses. Mentors from Idram and IDBank supported budding entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the challenging path of development.
Albert Tunyanyan, Head of Key Partners and Digital Payment Projects at Idram and IDBank, Agvan Abrahamyan, Head of SME Engagement, and Aik Muradyan, Head of Corporate Business Processes and Team Development, expressed confidence that many interesting ideas would soon emerge in the Armenian market.
“It is important not only to fall in love with your own innovations but also to pay special attention to customer satisfaction. Often, founders become so engrossed in creating the product that sales take a back seat. It is encouraging to note that today startups are paying more attention to sales, which is the key to success,” the representatives of the companies noted.
As part of the Seaside Startup Summit, Sergey Arakelyan, Director of Digital Banking and Board Member of IDBank, served on the jury, personally listening to and evaluating pitches from over 10 startups.
