IDBank organized another Day of Gratitude at the 'Erebuni' branch, where customers could participate in games and receive surprises. Seda Avagyan, head of customer experience management at IDBank, noted that this initiative is important for strengthening ties with clients.
"We want our customers to feel that their trust is important to us, and we plan to continue such events," Avagyan added.
Branch manager Artavazd Mkrtumyan emphasized that the Day of Gratitude will continue in other branches as well.
