The Strong Armenia faction has nominated Hayk Farmanyan as a candidate for chair of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.
Faction leader Narek Karapetyan presented the nominee.
“Our candidate is Hayk Farmanyan,” he said.
Faction secretary Tigran Abrahamyan presented Farmanyan’s biography, saying it was a great honor for him to do so.
Civil Contract holds 64 seats in the National Assembly, Strong Armenia has 29, while the Hayastan alliance holds 12.
