The loan is provided at the branches of the Bank that carry out full financial operations.
Borrower: A citizen of Armenia and resident who is at least 22 years old, provided that at the end of the loan agreement the borrower's age does not exceed 70 years.
Co-borrower: A citizen of Armenia and resident who is at least 22 years old, provided that at the end of the loan agreement the co-borrower's age does not exceed 70 years.
Guarantor: A citizen of Armenia and resident who is at least 22 years old, provided that at the end of the loan agreement the guarantor's age does not exceed 70 years.
Annual Interest Rate: 12.40-13.53%.
Loan Provision Method: Cashless.
Additional Conditions: The transfer of the loan is subject to the submission of loan, collateral, and purchase-sale agreements.
