Roman Yeritsyan, who has fled from Artsakh, stated that the Armenian government will eventually seize the funds of the Artsakh investment fund. He urges Artsakh residents with outstanding obligations to the fund to go to court to claim their due funds.
“The solution to the issue is only possible through judicial means. Currently, we have four satisfied and actually executed court decisions,” Yeritsyan noted.
He also emphasized that the funds of the investment fund are unrelated to pension savings or other funds of the residents of Artsakh, and the distribution of frozen state budget funds should be resolved at the political level.
