In the first half of the current year, HEC paid approximately 12.6 billion drams in taxes and duties to the Armenian state budget, which is an increase of about 62% compared to the same period last year (first half of 2025).
This was announced by the interim manager of HEC, Romanos Petrosyan, on his social media page.
“In the same period last year, before the Regulatory Commission initiated administrative proceedings against HEC, the total payments to the state budget amounted to about 7.8 billion drams.
HEC now serves our people,” the post states.
