The success story of board games created by David Hovhannisyan began in a small garage next to his home. David and his friends were creating educational games since their student years, and as orders increased, they decided to expand the business.
Now, Hol company creates recreational and intellectual games designed for different age groups. Armenian-made games develop language thinking, communication skills, attention, orientation skills, logic, and perception of the world.
The development partner of Hol became Acba Bank, which helped David to expand and then technically upgrade his business.
“Our mission is to create offline games that allow people to communicate with each other in real-time. Our next mission is to create a connection between parents and children through games. Once we had a very large order that required producing a lot of games, but there were no funds. It was during this period that our cooperation with Acba began. Besides the main collaboration, we are also working in other directions; in some branches, the bank displays our products,” said David Hovhannisyan, founder of Hol board games.
The next goal of the company is to export games. David and his teammates are convinced that the next opportunity for development is to enter international markets.
Currently, Hol company produces over fifty games for various age groups.
