The Armenian Apostolic Church has filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee.
The Church has asked the court to invalidate Customs Inspection Act No. 0011-A, dated April 14, 2026, issued by the Post-Clearance Control and Inspections Department, as well as Decision No. 41/22, dated June 11, 2026, of the Tax and Customs Authorities Appeals Commission of Armenia’s State Revenue Committee, insofar as it concerns Customs Inspection Act No. 0011-A of April 14, 2026.
The lawsuit has been assigned to Administrative Court Judge Yelena Arakelyan.
The court has admitted the lawsuit for proceedings and decided to consider the case under a written procedure.
