Hayekonombank has completed the placement of bonds worth 3 billion drams, issued on 01.04.2026, ahead of schedule:
The bank reported that the annual yield of the bond coupons is 9.75%, the payment frequency of the coupons is semi-annual, the circulation period is 36 months, and the maturity date of the bonds is 01.04.2029.
The bonds will be listed on the Armenian stock exchange and will be quoted by a market maker:
The payment of coupon income and redemption will be carried out according to the following schedule:
- 1st payment – 01.10.2026.
- 2nd payment – 01.04.2027.
- 3rd payment – 01.10.2027.
- 4th payment – 01.04.2028.
- 5th payment – 01.10.2028.
- 6th payment and redemption of nominal value – 01.04.2029.
