From August 28 to January 28, 2027, Hayekonombank will distribute its next tranche of dram bonds. The bank has announced that the bonds, with a total volume of 5 billion drams, include 500,000 nominal, non-documentary, coupon bonds with a nominal value of 10,000 drams:
The annual yield of the bonds is 9.75%, the payment frequency of the coupons is semi-annual, the circulation period is 36 months, and the maturity date of the bonds is August 28, 2029. After the distribution is completed, the bonds will be listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange and will be quoted by a market maker.
Electronic versions of the program prospectus (registered by the Central Bank of Armenia) and the final terms of issuance can be downloaded from the bank's website, while the paper version can be purchased by visiting the bank's head office (address: Yerevan, 23/1 Papa King Street).
Bonds can be purchased by individuals and legal entities through the AEB MOBILE application or the AEB ONLINE system, or they can visit the head office or any branch of Hayekonombank, presenting the completed bond purchase application(s).
