The Armenian Apostolic Church has filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee, demanding the annulment of the customs inspection act number 0011-A dated April 14, 2026, and the decision of the Tax and Customs Appeal Commission dated June 11, 2026, number 41/22.
The lawsuit has been assigned to Administrative Court Judge Elena Arakelyan, and the court has accepted the application for consideration, deciding to examine the case through written proceedings.
