Assets of Armenia's credit organizations exceeded 905 billion drams in the first half of the year

Assets of credit organizations increased by 5.12%

YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. As of June 30, 2026, the total assets of Armenia's credit organizations amounted to 905.17 billion drams, increasing by 2.58% compared to March 31, 2026, and by 5.12% since the beginning of the year. This is evidenced by the consolidated financial report of the country's credit organizations.

In the structure of assets, a significant part (75.32%) consists of loans provided to clients and other borrowings, with leasing operations amounting to 681.76 billion drams at the end of June 2026.

The share of the investment portfolio, which amounts to 102.3 billion drams, is 11.30%, the share of funds placed in banks and other investments in money markets is 4.62% (volume – 41.78 billion drams), the share of cash and bank accounts is 3.20% (volume – 28.99 billion drams), the share of fixed assets and intangible assets is 1.09% (volume – 9.88 billion drams), and the share of amounts receivable from other operations is 0.14% (volume – 1.29 billion drams). Other assets amounting to 39.17 billion drams account for 4.33%.
