During the interbank currency market in Armenia from August 10 to 14, the activity of dollar transactions significantly increased, while ruble transactions saw a decrease.
The volume of dollar transactions for this week reached $17.5 million, while the volume of ruble transactions amounted to 1.150 billion rubles.
The dram weakened against the dollar, reaching 365.5 dram/$1, and against the euro — 421.5 dram/1 euro.
The largest dollar transaction occurred on August 14, amounting to $8 million.
