YEREVAN, August 25. /ARKA/. Representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan discussed the possibilities for importing and exporting electricity between the two countries, according to the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures.
The working meeting took place on August 25 in the city of Lachin.
From the Armenian side, representatives from the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures and the Electricity System Operator participated, while the Azerbaijani side included representatives from the Ministry of Energy and the Azerenerji company.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities for importing and exporting electricity between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as potential options for connecting the energy infrastructure of both countries at the state border.
