The Armenian Apostolic Church has filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee, demanding the invalidation of customs inspection act No. 0011-A dated April 14, 2026, as well as the decision of the Tax and Customs Appeals Commission dated June 11, 2026, No. 41/22 regarding this customs inspection act.

The lawsuit has been assigned to Administrative Court Judge Elena Arakelyan. The court has accepted the application for proceedings and decided to examine the case in written procedure.
