Customers can submit complaints to Byblos Bank Armenia's special email address: [email protected]. A complaint is considered valid if submitted in writing: in person, by mail, or electronically.
Written complaints can be submitted at branches where special boxes are installed, or sent to the head office.
Byblos Bank Armenia cannot contest the decisions of the financial mediator if the claim amount does not exceed 250,000 AMD.
