Residential construction activity remains strong in Yerevan’s real estate market. New housing projects are being developed across the capital, urban infrastructure is being upgraded, and the market continues to respond to rising demand for apartments.
Against that backdrop, Vahe Petrosyan, director of «Արտքոմփանի», and Arayik Gojabashyan, director of sales partner «Արգո Ռիելթի», toured the Gyurjyan Cascade and Firdus Prime Residence residential districts. During the visit, they presented the current stage of construction, the development phases of the projects and the plans ahead.

According to the presentation, work at both sites is moving forward on schedule and in line with modern urban planning principles. At Gyurjyan Cascade, the project is shaping a new residential environment with green areas, modern infrastructure and solutions aimed at making daily life more comfortable for residents.

Firdus Prime Residence, which is being built in central Yerevan, stands out for its premium-class architecture and its concept of a multifunctional urban environment. The project is also presented as an initiative with the ambition of becoming Yerevan’s new center.
The source said the urban development project has received a premium-class certificate from the Armenian Developers Association.
