Glovo users in Armenia can now pay for orders with Idram. The launch was officially announced at an event marking the fifth anniversary of Glovo Armenia.
When placing an order, users can select Idram from the available payment methods and then complete the transaction through the Idram&IDBank app. The companies say the new option makes checkout faster and more convenient by allowing customers to use a familiar payment method.
Idram and Glovo first announced their cooperation several months ago, when they signed a memorandum of cooperation at Glovo’s office in Barcelona. That agreement has now moved into implementation, with the payment feature becoming available to users.
According to Idram Commercial Director Grigori Yolyan, although the two companies operate in different sectors, they share a common goal of making digital services simpler, more accessible and more convenient in everyday life. He said the partnership is not just about adding another payment method, but also demonstrates that Armenia’s digital ecosystem can work with major international platforms and offer solutions that create real value.
Glovo Armenia General Manager Tamar Kojaghoghlyan said the company listens to user demand and that the Idram integration is a result of that approach. In her words, users are expected to welcome the move, as Idram is the number one payment system in Armenia.
The companies also said the partnership will bring Glovo special offers and joint campaigns for Idram users.
