Glovo users can now pay for their orders with Idram. The new payment feature was officially announced during an event marking the fifth anniversary of Glovo Armenia.
To use the option, customers need to select Idram among the available payment methods when placing an order and then complete the transaction through the Idram&IDBank app.
The companies noted that they had first announced the partnership several months ago, when they signed a memorandum of cooperation at Glovo’s office in Barcelona. That agreement has now moved into implementation, with Idram becoming available on Glovo as a payment method.
Grigori Yolyan, Commercial Director of Idram, said that while Idram and Glovo operate in different sectors, they are united by a shared goal of making digital services simpler, more accessible and more convenient in everyday life. He said the partnership is not only about adding a new payment option, but also shows that Armenia’s digital ecosystem can work with major international platforms and deliver solutions with real value.
According to the announcement, the new feature makes ordering and payment faster, easier and more convenient, allowing users to access Glovo’s services while paying with a method they already know and prefer.
As part of the partnership, Idram users will also receive access to special offers from Glovo and joint campaigns.
Tamar Kojaoghlanian, General Manager of Glovo Armenia, said the development is expected to make users even happier, as Idram is the number one payment system in Armenia. She added that the company listens to user preferences, and that this partnership is the result of that approach.
