YEREVAN, August 24. /ARKA/. The success story of board games created by David Ovanisyan began in a small garage next to his house. David and his friends created educational games during their student years; as the number of orders increased, they decided to expand their business.
Now, the company 'Hol' creates entertaining and intellectual games designed for different age groups. Armenian-made games develop linguistic thinking, communication skills, attention, orientation ability, logic, and worldview.
Acba Bank became the development partner of 'Hol', with whose support David was able to expand and then technically re-equip his business.
“Our mission is to create offline games that allow people to communicate with each other in real time. Our next mission is to form a connection between parent and child through games. Once we had a very large order that required producing a large number of games, but we had no funds. That’s when our cooperation with Acba began. In addition to the cooperation itself, we work with the bank in another direction: in several of its branches, the bank presents our products,” said David Ovanisyan, founder of the board game company 'Hol'.
The next goal of the company is to export games. David and his team members are confident that the next opportunity for growth is entering international markets. Currently, 'Hol' produces more than fifty games for different age groups.
The bank is regulated by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
