The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated that the project "Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity" would benefit from Russian participation. He noted that this project did not arise from nowhere, and all issues related to the restoration of transport and economic links in the South Caucasus were discussed within the framework of a trilateral working group of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia at the level of deputy prime ministers of the three countries.
Galuzin emphasized that the restoration of such links was part of the trilateral Russian-Armenian-Azerbaijani agreements on resolving the well-known conflict. He added that the implementation of the "Trump Route" project has ambiguous prospects, considering recent events such as the aggression against Iran by the US and Israel.
