US President Donald Trump’s fortune has increased by $2.7 billion since his victory in the 2024 presidential election, reaching $7 billion, according to Forbes.
The magazine says no one in US history has made that much money from politics.
Forbes estimates that the largest share of the 47th US president’s wealth consists of cryptocurrencies and liquid assets, with a combined value of $2.4 billion. Another $1.8 billion comes from Trump’s golf clubs and resort properties.
The publication values Trump’s real estate investments at $1.1 billion. A further $1 billion is attributed to Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., the parent company of the Truth Social social network, which is owned by Trump.
Forbes also says Trump’s personal brand generates another $700 million in income through licensing deals.
