Fast Bank is issuing coupon bonds worth 13,000,000,000 AMD from August 10 to December 30 this year. The new AMD bonds are issued with a nominal value of 100,000 AMD and a circulation period of 24 months:
The annual yield of the bonds is 10.25%. Coupon payments are made semi-annually, every six months. It is also worth noting that the income from the bonds is exempt from income tax until December 31, 2027, inclusive.
Fast Bank customers have the opportunity to purchase bonds entirely remotely via the Fast Bank Mobile app or through online banking. If you are not an existing bank customer, you can download the Fast Bank Mobile app, go through the online registration and identification process, open an account, and purchase bonds without visiting the bank.
After logging into the app, you need to select the “Bonds” section, then “Current Placements.” After filling out just a few fields, the bond purchase process can be completed. The purchased bonds and their full description will be reflected in the “My Bonds” section of the app.
According to the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia dated January 29, 2026, the bond program of Fast Bank CJSC has been registered under number 1/44 A.
Additionally, amendments to the bond program of Fast Bank CJSC have been registered according to the decisions of the Chairman of the Central Bank dated April 13, 2026, number 1/161 A, May 19, 2026, number 1/215 A, and July 28, 2026, number 1/312 A.
