Eurasian Development Bank Presents Armenia's GDP Growth Forecast

In the first half of 2026, Armenia's GDP grew by 6%

According to the results of the first half of 2026, Armenia's GDP has grown by 6.0%, with the largest contributions to GDP growth coming from the services sector, including financial activities, information and communication, as well as construction and mining (which grew by 8.8%, 11.5%, 20.2%, and 27.6% year-on-year, respectively). This is stated in the report by the Eurasian Development Bank.

“Consumer spending and investments were the main driving forces of demand (growing by 5.7% and 7.9%, respectively).

According to our forecasts, under conditions of high consumer and investment activity, the GDP growth for 2026 will be 6%,” the bank noted.
