Opening and Servicing Accounts
We offer residents and non-residents of Armenia to open current bank accounts in AMD and foreign currency.
Account servicing is carried out in accordance with our current account service tariffs. To open accounts, you can apply to our Head Office or any branch:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The special account of the owner can only be used by the person providing investment services and the investment fund manager for the execution of operations related to the provision of investment services or management of investment funds.
The annual service fee for the account is 5,000 AMD:
Required Documents
For legal entities:
- Application according to our template:
- Charter (for non-residents - charter or other substitute document):
- Certificate of registration in the state register (for non-residents - certificate issued by the state body of the country of registration):
- Taxpayer identification number (TIN), if not present in the registration certificate:
- Passports or ID cards of the executive body heads and chief accountant:
- Passports or ID cards of account controllers:
- Other documents at our request:
For individual entrepreneurs:
- Application according to our template:
- Passport or ID card:
- Certificate of registration in the state register (if absent - extract from the state register):
- Taxpayer identification number (TIN), if not present in the registration certificate:
- Sample signature card:

Account Servicing
- Your bank account servicing is regulated by the legislation of Armenia:
- Bank accounts are serviced by our head office and branches:
- We do not charge commissions for opening or closing accounts:
- Transactions on accounts are fully reflected in account statements:
- The deadlines for crediting/debiting funds to your account - payment orders submitted before 15:30 are executed on the same business day:
Conditions for Termination of the Bank Account Agreement
- You can request termination of the bank account servicing agreement at any time:
- Termination of the bank account agreement is the basis for closing your account:
