Evocabank has received a Ba3 long-term rating for local and foreign currency deposits and issuer ratings from Moody’s Ratings, which is at the same level as the sovereign rating of the Republic of Armenia (Ba3 positive). According to Moody’s assessment, Evocabank’s Ba3 Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) reflects the bank’s strong capital buffers, stable profitability, and diversified funding base.
Moody’s also highlights the diversified structure of Evocabank’s loan portfolio, which includes corporate, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and retail lending, as well as the bank’s focus on secured lending. The bank’s funding base has also been rated as diversified due to its established customer base and long-term cooperation with international financial institutions.
“The ratings granted by Moody’s are an important achievement for Evocabank, enhancing the bank's visibility and contributing to the further development of relationships with international financial institutions and investors,” the statement said.
