AVA Holding said on September 10 that construction has started on the AVA Residences residential complex in Yerevan. The project is being developed in partnership with ELIE SAAB Maison and is described as Armenia’s first interior-branded residential complex.
According to the company, the development also marks ELIE SAAB Maison’s entry into Armenia. The brand, which is the home and interiors division of ELIE SAAB, is presenting its lifestyle and interior design vision in Yerevan for the first time.
AVA Holding says the project is aimed at meeting rising interest in premium and branded residential developments in Yerevan. The company links that demand to the ongoing development of the real estate market and growing interest from both local and international buyers.
The complex is located at 2–4 Derenik Demirchyan Street in central Yerevan. The developer says every part of the project — from exterior architecture and interiors to layouts and smaller details — has been designed around a single concept created specifically for AVA Residences Interiors by ELIE SAAB Maison.
AVA Holding founder Eduard Ghazaryan said the company believes the project will set a new benchmark for living in the heart of Yerevan. In his view, the development has been conceived specifically for the Armenian capital, taking into account its architectural and cultural identity rather than importing a generic international concept.
One of the project’s defining features is its collaboration with ELIE SAAB Maison. The company said furniture created under the joint artistic direction of Carlo Colombo and Elie Saab is produced in Italy and stands out for craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail.
ELIE SAAB Maison CEO Massimiliano Ferrari said the brand’s interior design approach in this case is shaped through a dialogue with Yerevan’s light, details and history. He said the partnership with AVA Holding is bringing the ELIE SAAB Maison lifestyle to Armenia through interiors created exclusively for this address.
With the formal launch of construction, the project is moving from concept into execution. The company says the design concept and exclusive partnership with ELIE SAAB Maison could position the development as one of Yerevan’s new premium addresses and a notable addition to Armenia’s real estate market.
AVA Holding added that more details on the architectural concept, interiors, residential and commercial areas, and the overall lifestyle environment planned for the project will be presented in the coming months.
