Buissup Challenge, a new format under the Buissup initiative organized by Armenian Business Association, took place at Ayb School in Yerevan from September 11 to 13. The event brought together young professionals and specialists from different fields to work on real business cases presented by major companies and develop practical solutions.
About 150 young professionals joined the three-day program, forming interdisciplinary teams to tackle 10 business challenges submitted by large Armenian companies. The participating companies were Ucom, Union LLC, Coffee House, Yan Products, Cinema Star, Sali, One Way Tour, Maple Leafs Clinic, Dalma Garden Mall and Bacon Product.
The cases focused on key business development areas, including artificial intelligence and digitalization, marketing and sales, customer experience, human resource management and the optimization of internal processes.
On the final day, the teams presented their solutions to company representatives. The proposals were assessed based on applicability, innovation and expected business impact.
The total prize fund of 3.5 million drams was distributed among the teams that delivered the strongest solutions.
According to the organizers, Buissup Challenge was designed as a platform where business needs and professional talent meet, allowing participants not only to generate ideas but also to work on real problems and present their solutions directly to decision-makers.
Armenian Business Association was founded in 2019 as a non-profit organization that builds a platform for cooperation between Armenian and international business communities. Its president is Samvel Karapetyan, founder and president of the Tashir group of companies.
