AVA Holding has started construction on AVA Residences in Yerevan, featuring interiors by ELIE SAAB Maison. Located at 2-4 Derenik Demirchyan Street, the development is positioned as one of the first interior-branded residential projects in Yerevan, with architecture and interiors built around a single concept.
According to the company, the project is aimed at meeting rising interest in premium branded living in Yerevan. AVA Holding says the city’s residential real estate market is gaining strength, while demand is increasing among both local and international buyers.
AVA Holding founder Eduard Ghazaryan said the project is intended to set a new standard for living in the heart of Yerevan. He said the city was chosen because of its strong architectural and cultural identity, and described the development as an effort to introduce a format that has not previously been present in Armenia. He added that the architecture respects Yerevan’s character and the legacy of Tamanyan’s language while embracing contemporary living.
AVA Residences Interiors by ELIE SAAB Maison is planned as a fully integrated residential environment, where everything from the exterior architecture and interior design to spatial planning and finer details has been developed specifically for this address. A central feature of the project is the collaboration with ELIE SAAB Maison, bringing the brand’s design vision to Armenia for the first time in this format.
The furniture is being created under the artistic direction of Carlo Colombo together with Elie Saab and is manufactured in Italy. The partners say this will bring a high level of craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail to every space.
Massimiliano Ferrari, CEO of ELIE SAAB Maison, said each interior begins with a dialogue between the brand’s design vision and the place it will inhabit. In this case, he said, that dialogue is with Yerevan itself — its light, materials and history. Working with AVA Holding, the company is shaping an interior language that brings the ELIE SAAB Maison lifestyle to Armenia through solutions designed specifically for this address.
With construction now officially underway, the project is moving from concept to execution. The developer says it aims to become a new premium address in Yerevan and a notable addition to Armenia’s residential property market. More details on the architectural concept, interiors, residences, commercial spaces and the overall living experience are due to be presented at the project’s official launch in the coming months.
